The store directory showcases some of the amazing stores using Big Cartel, and let’s you browse and search to discover new stores you might enjoy.

How do I get added to the directory?

Having your store listed in the directory is completely optional. To be included, simply upload a small graphic on the Store > Promote page of your admin area to represent your store. Don’t have a store yet? Start one up today »

How do I get featured on the main directory page?

Easy, be random! For each category (bands, clothing, etc.), we feature a few Platinum and Diamond stores completely at random. Just a little way to say thanks.

What can I search for in the directory?

Our powerful directory search lets you find stores based on their name, product names and descriptions, categories, artists (if it’s a record label), country, currency, and store type. Ex: “portishead”, “tees”, “USD”, “canada”

Why isn’t my store showing up in searches?

When you first add your store to the directory, it will show up immediately when browsing but it can take up to 30 minutes for it to show up in our search engine.

Why isn’t my image displaying correctly?

It sounds like there might be an error with your image.
