We don’t have a problem with it, however frames can prevent search engines from properly indexing your store, and they don’t allow your customers to link or bookmark specific products or pages since the URL never changes in the browser bar.

You may not have realized you were using a frame, but some domain registrars (ex: GoDaddy) will automatically use a frame for “domain aliasing” or “domain masking”.

Instead of using a frame, or “domain aliasing” or “domain masking”, we suggest you setup your custom domain with a CNAME.
