Quickly jot down anything you need to remember about an order in your admin by using this handy little feature. For example, you can note a special request from the customer, that you sent a partial refund due to an expected shipping delay, or that you included extra confetti in a package - anything goes. - Head to the Orders section of your admin.
- Click on an order you want to add a note to.
- Click Add private note.
- Type your note and click Done. It’ll appear in the order’s Activity section.
- Launch the Big Cartel app.
- Tap Orders (little box icon) at the bottom.
- Tap an order you want to add a note to.
- Tap Add private note.
- Type your note and tap Done. It’ll appear in the order’s Activity section.
