We’re all human, and humans sometimes make mistakes (except maybe Beyoncé 💅). If a customer reaches out to you because they accidentally messed up their shipping or contact details, don’t worry - you can fix it easily.
- Head to the Orders section of your admin.
- Click on the order you want to edit.
- Click Edit customer information and make any changes.
- Click Save. Your customer’s details will be updated, and you’ll see a record of the changes in the order’s Activity at the bottom of the page.

- Tap the menu icon and tap Settings.
