  1. Create your LiveChat account »
  2. From the Big Cartel admin page, click Design.
  3. Click into the Code section, then click the Layout page.
  4. Paste your LiveChat tracking code right before the closing </body> tag, near the very bottom of the page.
  5. Save your changes, and you’re all set!
