  1. Create your LiveChat account »
  2. From the Big Cartel admin Account area, click Customize your design.
  3. Click the Advanced tab, then Layout, and click the Custom button to edit your code.
  4. Paste your LiveChat tracking code right before the closing </body> tag.
  5. Save your changes, and you’re all set!
