Review the history of your payments to Big Cartel, generate and print invoices of those payments, and see the billing method on file for your subscription.
Steps
- Log in at my.bigcartel.com.
- Go to Account.
- Scroll to the Billing section.
- Click on Edit your plan & billing.
- View your current billing method at the top, and see plan changes and past payments in the Shop history area.
- Click on any Payment received link to generate a printable invoice of that month’s subscription payment.
- Launch the Big Cartel app.
- Tap the menu button in the top left corner.
- Tap the Account page.
- Scroll to the Billing section.
- Tap on Edit your plan & billing.

- Tap on any Payment received link to generate a printable invoice of that month’s subscription payment.
- Launch the Big Cartel app.
- Tap your account image.
- Tap the Account page.
- Scroll to the Billing section.
